At Victoria Boost, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required to initiate a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, customization, or final sale status. Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect are also not eligible for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@victoriaboost.store. Include your order number, reason for the return, and clear photos if the product arrived damaged or defective. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of the product. Return instructions and address details will be provided once your return request is approved.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the expected time frame, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as processing delays may occur. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@victoriaboost.store for further assistance.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Provide a description and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation, at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing or transit, and cancellation may not be possible.
